  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) govern your use of BRIGGATO (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) as a vendor. By registering and using the Platform, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

  1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Vendors must provide accurate, up-to-date information during the registration process, including legal business name, address, and contact details.

  1. Product Listings

All product descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.

The Platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies.

  1. Pricing and Payments

Vendors are free to set their own prices but must honor the listed prices for transactions.

Payments will be processed through the Platform’s payment gateway, and vendors will receive funds after the deduction of applicable fees (e.g., commission, transaction fees). This payment will be made after the completion of service and transaction between the buyer and consumer. Payment schedules and thresholds are specified in the Vendor Dashboard.

5. Fees and Commissions

Vendors agree to pay the Platform a commission or service fee as specified in the fee schedule.

The Platform reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days’ notice.

  1. Order Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for processing and shipping orders promptly within the specified time frame.

Accurate tracking information must be provided to customers.

Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, including suspension or removal from the Platform.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Vendors must comply with the Platform’s return and refund policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Disputes regarding returns or refunds will be mediated by the Platform, and the decision will be final.

  1. Vendor Conduct

Vendors must act professionally and refrain from abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Vendors may not engage in activities that harm the reputation or operation of the Platform.

  1. Intellectual Property

Vendors must have the rights to use any intellectual property, including trademarks and images, associated with their products.

The Platform may use vendor-provided materials (e.g., images, descriptions) for promotional purposes.

  1. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for violations of its terms, illegal activity, or inactivity.

Vendors may terminate their account with 30 days’ written notice to the Platform.

  1. Liability and Indemnification

Vendors are solely responsible for their products and any legal issues arising from them.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims or liabilities related to their business activities.

  1. Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
